The Preston Basketball Easter camp returns this year which will be led by our Senior Men's National League player Joe Heyes. Joe is one of the team's leading scorers on the court and off the court in involved in Strength and Conditioning work with St Helens Rugby League, Lancaster University and runs his own Hyrox training classes in a gym where he is a qualified PT. He will be leading the coaching sessions which will be as follows:

9:45am - Arrivals
10am - 12pm - Session 1 - Skills Building & Technique Development
12pm - 1pm - Lunch Break
1pm - 2pm - Session 2 - Strength & Conditioning for Basketball
2 - 4pm - Session 3 - Camp Tournament
4pm - Close

The camp will take place at the St Augustine Building of Cardinal Newman College with the lunch break taking place in the upper foyer. The camp is open to both boys and girls and will cater for a range of abilities.

The dates are:

Monday 14th April - Under 11 & Under 12 (Year 6 & 7)
Tuesday 15th April - Under 14 (Year 8 & 9)
Wednesday 16th April - Under 16 (Year 10 & 11)
