Season Review
The Under 9's started back in September as an extremely small and quiet unit, where the focus was on really individual coaching and almost 1-1 some weeks!

Since then, and through the hard work and passion from the coaches, under the guidance of Coach Craig, the session has flourished into a busy, exciting environment with large numbers and plenty of opportunity to play small sided games, learning the rules and violations of basketball at a basic level.

Some of our Under 9's will be moving up and into organised game play within the North West regional leagues, something which they are more ready for as a result of the focus and attention paid during their time as Under 9's.

As a club we thank coaches Craig, Benji and Oscar for the amazing work they have done in establishing this session, and can't wait to see it build and grow further next season!

Next Season
For the 2025/26 season, sessions may look different depending on which school year your son/daughter will be in.

Current Year 3 Players - Will remain in the Under 9's session. This session continues to takes place in the same venue, in the main sports hall. This session will run on Thursday evenings, 6-7pm under the guidance of Coaches Craig, Andy and Sam.

Current Year 4 Players - Will move up to our Under 11's session, continuing on Thursday evenings, 7-8pm. This will continue under the guidance of Coaches Joel, Aitor and Oscar, however Coach Benji will be stepping back to focus on his GCSE studies.
