After a phenomenal season, Preston Girls are heading to their maiden playoff final appearance. They will meet Wirral Bears on Sunday 27th April at the Manchester Basketball Centre, Whalley Range, 11-18 Wilbraham Road, M16 8GW. The game tips off at 12:30pm and is free to come and support our girls play.

The teams met three times this season with Wirral taking the first game early in the season 43-62 at Wirral's court. Preston Girls reversed the result taking a convincing 61-41 win at home in January and came away with the regular season matchup and avenging the earlier defeat with a 48-60 win away.

The playoff finals on the show court with a big crowd is sure to bring an added level of competition from both sets of girls so the fixture is set to be an excellent show of girls basketball.
