Great perfomance at both ends of the floor taking it to the basket and scoring on offence and hustling back on D to block out and get vital rebounds.

Pride Und16's started their 2nd game of the season full of confidence after a close scrappy 1st game win against Garstang.
The starting 5 of Declan Tominey, Geevan Glabes, Gabriel Fowler, Stan Barrow and Nathan Holmes held their own against a good Blackpool side. All tied up after the 1st quarter 9-9.
Much the same in the second but added Defence from Kieron Hopkins and James Lupton providing fire power off the bench with his strong drives to the basket, left Pride leading at half time.

A brilliant 3rd quarter saw pride go up by 10 points due to the intense defence played by Dec, Geevan and Antonio Danailov on Blackpool's star point guard. Also Good help D from James and Nathan.

A scrappy last Quarter saw pride making too many turnovers which let Blackpool back into the game. Some crucial baskets made by Stan and Gabriel kept Pride in the lead. Josh and Nathan N showed great hustle and got in good positions on offence. A strong finish by Nathan H and James L sealed the win
