A Great start saw Pride matching Chorley in every department this continued all the way to just before half time only down by 8 with a couple of minutes left pride lost concentration and Chorley took advantage going on an 8-0 run with the fast break. A poor 3rd scoring wise for Pride who came out flat but then battled hard to get back in the game.
In the last quarter much the same great effort and intensity from Pride but the ball just would go in and it did for Chorley. Finishing was the only difference in a well fought out game which the score line didn't reflect.
